Leilani Hollywood, the Motherlode songbird who headlines all the clubs and casinos in Northern California, has recently cut a deal with world-class internationally famous record producer, Narada Michael Walden, and after recording at Tarpan studios in Marin County, her first hit single “Upside” is officially released to radio, internet outlets and available on her website.
The “Upside” video is simultaneously released on YouTube and pushed through conventional channels. A collage of merriment reflecting her feelings of happiness and joy as she celebrates the uplifting love that her artwork and positive environment provide, Leilani once again brings together the intersection of diversification and culture under one circle of Art & Love.
Record Producer Narada Michael Walden, who has been responsible for building the careers for the likes of Aretha, Mariah and Whitney, finds the same star-like characteristics in Leilani and plans to release a second single in Nashville before next Easter. “Leilani came in (to the studio) and performed like a champ for her first time under so much pressure. I think the world is ready for love from Leilani” said Walden.
Leilani Hollywood has formed a professional ensemble in Palm Springs and will be touring concerts, casinos and festivals up and down California. She has a team of professionals comprising a world-class operation. She is available for appearances, interviews and gigs.

LEILANI HOLLLYWOOD a.k.a "Leilani Villamor" grandaughter of Native Hawaiian Performer - Singer Songwriter Bastiana Villamor of the 60's Band "The Callorettes".
Leilani Hollywood starting writing songs from the age of 13. Performing with various cover bands and her original band "The Dodo Heads" in Southern California up until 2015. She moved to the San Francisco Northern California area starting her recording career with her current cover band Leilani & The Distractions debuting a Christmas Album "Planet Christmas" with City Hall Records, San Francisco, CA in 2018. In 2020 she released her first solo album with Producer Ron Enos, "Goldfish" with CLV Productions. In 2020 another production by Ron Enos "Heart of the Sierra" was released featuring lyrics by John Muir under CLV Productions. In 2022 release "Voices" was released under her own record label Jamestown Records co-owned also and produced by Ron Enos.
